The Summer Cook Off

Announcing our Summer Cook Off: Over the last few weeks, we have been on a search for the ultimate summer beef recipe.

As soon as the sun comes out, friends and family gather together for a range of feasting occasions; from picnics and barbecues to buffets and family dinners, we wanted to find a dish that would suit any of these occasions, celebrate the amazing quality of Irish beef, and inspire people to whip up at home.

We asked eight of the country’s best bloggers to help us with our mission to find the ultimate summer beef recipe. They rose to the occasion and gave us eight phenomenal recipes, and now have been challenged to a summer cook off!
