Neither Bord Bia nor any third parties who may provide information to Bord Bia for dissemination purposes shall have any responsibility for or be liable in respect of the content or the accuracy of the information so provided, or for any errors or omissions therein.

Bord Bia reserves the right to revise, amend, alter or delete the information provided herein at any time, but shall not be responsible for or liable in respect of any such revisions, amendments, alterations or deletions.

The attribution of a trade mark to any company does not mean that any such trade mark is the property of that company.

On pack promotion holiday details

  1. This Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Bord Bia (the Promoter), their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children and siblings), their agents or anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  2. To Enter : purchase a promotional pack of Irish Beef in Asda, then visit www.irishbeef.co.uk and enter your contact details and the promotional code from the label and click submit.
  3. Purchase required. Please retain your till receipt showing a purchase of Irish Beef in Asda during the promotional period as it may be required to verify your prize claim.
  4. Entries at noon on Sunday 31st March 2012. Promotional packs are available while stocks last.
  5. Winners will be selected at random from all entries entering the correct promotional code during the promotional period.
    Prize draw will be conducted within 7 days of the closing date and for your total confidence by PromoVeritas the independent promotional verification service.
  6. The winners will be notified, via the email address provided when entering, within 30 days. Those not contactable via reasonable means within 21 days after the date of the notification may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an alternate entrant

    7. THE PRIZES:

    1. MAIN PRIZE: 1 x trip to Ireland for a family of four. Prize includes:

    a. return economy flights from London to Dublin;
    b. 5 days car hire (category A car);
    c. three nights at Ballyknocken House, 2 rooms, with breakfast daily;
    d. a private cookery lesson for the family followed by lunch;
    e. a copy of Catherine Fulvio’s Italian Family Kitchen cookbook;
    f. a luxury picnic lunch hamper
    g. £100 spending money.

    1. The prize must be taken by end March 2013 excluding Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays & dates over the Olympic period. Dates are subject to availability at time of booking and all bookings must be made a minimum of 4 weeks in advance and via the promoter’s appointed travel agent. Bookings once made cannot be altered.
    2. The prize is non transferable & no cash alternative will be given.
    3. Additional terms for car hire: the driver of the car must be aged 21 or above. A valid driving licence & a credit card will need to be produced when collecting the car to be used to fund a deposit.
    4. It is the responsibility of those travelling to ensure that they have valid passports & travel insurance.
    5. Meals, travel insurance, travel to and from UK airport and other items not stated above are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
    6. SECOND PRIZES: 1 of 100 Meyer Infinite Circulon Roaster with Rack. Size L39.5cm x W30.5cm. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
    7. Winner’s names can be obtained by emailing irishbeefgrasstronomy@gmail.co.uk after the closing date.

    2. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and only used for the purposes of this Promotion. You hereby accept and acknowledge such usage of your personal details for the purposes of this Promotion. In addition, unless you have specifically indicated otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to use your personal details to contact you with news and details of future promotions and offers.     LIABILITY

    1. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes that are lost in the post, and these will not be replaced.
    2. Except in relation to death or personal injury, the Promoter does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered as a result of registering for the Promotion or accepting a prize (including, without limitation, for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this Promotion).
    3. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Promoter harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to any breach by you of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

      4. GENERAL

      1. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
      2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
      3. This Promotion will be governed by laws of England and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
